Star manages to appear and stop the attack, and learns that it was led by The Vicious Circle. The Dragon attempts to prevent the kidnapping of Klaptin soon afterwards, but fails. Believing that Klaptin is Star's secret identity, LaSalle, an American scientist working with Sucarno on a new shrinking/espionage agent, decide to test the technology on Klaptin.
